HOME DESIGN, SPECIFICATIONS & BUDGETS
As soon as architectural and landscape plans have been developed, we will begin to work with our trades to bid out your project. Once design has been finalized and construction documents are in permitting, we will begin our specifications process allowing the homeowner to work with the in- terior design team to select finishings. Our project coordinator will then put a book together for you to be able to follow along throughout the process. This allows you our clients to rest easy knowing that they can follow the construction process with-
CONSTRUCTION
We handle the entire construction aspect from start to finish. The project manager will make sure to be in direct contact with you and on site daily to make sure project is being executed with excellence and on time. The project manager will be point of contact with all of the trades, the sub-contractors, vendors and city inspectors.
PROJECT COMPLETION
During this phase all construction and inspections have been completed on this project. We will do a final walk-through with our clients to ensure everything has been executed to their expectation.
